Fun, food and fantasy

For the past few summers, Knoebels has been a must on our summer to-do list.  Friday evening we found ourselves with some free time so we made the short trip to the land famous for fun, food and fantasy.
As you can see we were already a little goofy when we boarded the train.   Earl was only slightly embarrassed when the train passed the ball pit and Kinley said, " oh look, it's the ballsack."   Oh the joys of having older boys around.
I should follow that up with some cute little innocent pictures of her.
I had to add this picture to Facebook because all I could think of was freezing them in this moment.   I really do wish I could keep them little for awhile longer.  Soon there will come a day when they can't all ride together.
While the big kids rode big kid rides the rest of us ate.   Funnel cakes, frozen iced tea and ice cream.   It was sooooo yummy!

McKenna and Cooper have really had a great time trying out new and bigger rides this summer.   They are at an age where I can trust them to ride together and it's been fun watching their combined excitement at trying new things.
McKenna gave Kinley a driving lesson on the antique cars.
And we marveled at the beautiful lights on such as gorgeous summer evening.

Cooper rode the Fandango by himself (because no one else was going to volunteer for that puke machine).   He loved it and I had four small panic attacks worrying about him.
However all is well that ends well (or something like that) and this night ended with snacks and a late night sheetz run for hotdogs.  Kinley continues to marvel about the fact that the gas station has hotdogs "way past bedtime."
I love you guys and our summer evening at the park!!
